Donor Display Plaque

An Atlanta area Synagogue commissioned e3 design to create a plaque for their entry vestibule that would properly honor their donors. The design intent was to create a blend of functionality and artistry for this important recognition. The plaque was envisioned as a unique art installation with donor names etched in glass floating in front of an original painting. The design explores the idea of layers in plan, elevation, and section, as well as in the use of wood, metal, and glass.
